Kickstarter can fuck right off. I was looking at my backed projects the other day and, well, let's just say I'm never going back to that site.

I love Kickstarter. I’ve never backed software and probably never will. For that purpose it does seem to suck.

Gods & Monsters delayed until late 2020. These types of delays might mean a big ol' delay until next gen. Bummer. I was looking forward to this new IP.

I'm very curious to see the reviews for Luigi's Mansion. Seems like the perfect kind of game to play before Death Stranding and Star Wars.

I've tried and tried to get pumped for Death Stranding, but I just can't. Really eager to see the reviews when the embargo lifts on Friday (1 Nov). Usually a good sign when they lift the review embargo early...

I think it will be a much more impressive and immersive game than people are imagining. And I'm all for the philosophy behind it. I find it pretty genius and revolutionary.

Right, yeah I'm very much hoping to be proven wrong on this one. Not much on the horizon IMO over the next 6 months from a gaming perspective so would be great to have a solid AAA release to tide me over till The Last of Us 2 comes out.

For the most part I find Kojima overrated and everyone's obsession with him puzzling, but I am very interested to see him unchained from Konami with a new IP.

Agreed, I was more into the actual gameplay and visuals for MGS, which always kept me coming back. The narrative was almost always bloated and ridiculous. To this day though I still think MGS3 is one of my favorites, particularly the boss fights.

I'm laughing at some of the reactions to the new trailer with all the tears in it.

I did too, until I played MGSV and realized not only how brilliant some of the mechanics are, but how emotionally connected the game was to his own story with Konami. Some things I would have found overwrought or silly by themselves were really profound when seen in context. He's a weird guy, but I'm really interested in Death Stranding.
