Yeah ours does too. I'll let the dogs shit on it all summer then see how it is in the fall

You'll have them killed.

Pictures online show the top of the crown molding corners sticking out further, but I don't think that applies to my project.
Never installed it, but seems like it's just the same way? What do you mean by sticking out further?

Don't you need like a compound miter saw?
Finished this up recently. Turned out great. If a compound mitre saw is a chop saw that can angle to 45* then yes, that is what I used.

On second thought, no, no mitre saw.

Angled chop saw worked fine.

We are refinancing because rates are really good. Have an appraisal tomorrow. Guy said he would only be inside the house for about ten minutes. So do I need to just focus on making sure the outside of the house looks perfect or what?

Just make sure there isn't any glaring maitnenance that needs to be done. Something that might impact the livability.

I always roll my eyes when people doll up the interior and light candles and try to sell it. It doesnt matter if theres fucking clothes on the floor or not.

Does that thing look at closed properties in the area or just listing prices? I dont trust listing prices because brokers/home owners are idiots.
