I’m running on fumes. Up late the past two nights and couldn’t get back to sleep each morning after waking up around 5:00

wole up at 2 am. Laid there for about 45 minutes wide awake.
Grabbed my pillow and went down to the couch with my pup. She had the shits.
I made a Golden Milk and some toast. Read the internet till about 6 am until i fell back asleep for an hour.
Today has been rough.

I went on a semi deep dive of the actor Jeffrey Jones and learned he took photos of 14 year old boys.

Very regular night. 7 hours, 4 hours of those were deep sleep.

Ugh I can’t sleep through the night anymore without a fkn sleeping pill, which I really try to use less than once a week.
