Never. Felt completely normal. Poops weren’t anything special, just typical poops I would have had I pooped everyday. I’ve been eating a lot of soft foods lately, so I guess my system just hasn’t had a lot to digest, I dunno.

I’m not an expert, but it sounds like you’re pooping the lining of your intestines lately.

I pooped again. It wasn’t a lot, but it was needed. I rarely ever go twice a day.

I went twice before 6:30 am!

I woke up at 4am and had to go. Then when I got up at 6am a I had to go again.

Such is life with multiple anuses.

my poops have not quite been back up to par since i had that norovirus a week ago

can tell the inner plumbing is still catching up

i mean i am pooping and it is solid

but it's not the same

been eating at least 1 salad most days too

might need to start juicing (probiotics)
