on Friday I will be slow cooking a pork shoulder..my best friend and his wife are driving down from Vancouver..as you know, my wife is Canadian as well and they all have a thing for the royal stuff...anyway, my wife and my friends wife are going to stay up all night to watch the king stuff that starts at 2am this time..weather permitting my buddy and I will go play a round of golf and then come home to make pork tacos and watch the Kentucky derby..

friends coming up from Seattle and spending the night..going to the neighbors house for drinks at 330...I'm a bit confused because I dont know if the neighbors are serving any food...our friends will be with us and if its just drinks I need to come up with something for dinner
