I think they're only doing this because this movie's hopes of financial/awards success are all but dashed if they don't do this. Not really applicable to older movies.

Yeah, that's interesting, considering movies like Se7en, LA Confidential, and The Usual Suspects are big in the TNT/TBS market. I don't think it will affect the movies' popularity or anything (people still love Rosemary's Baby), but I'd be curious to see if it affects how often they're shown.

He must not have a super huge role in the film, right? As a supporting actor he could have 1 to a thousand lines.
