I wish more places in the U.S. did curry cheese fries.
One of my favorite things to do in the U.K./Ireland is getting shit-faced then stumbling to someplace and get multiple orders of curry cheese fries.
Best drunk food ever.

All she uses is:
Peppers (usually serrano, sometimes she experiments with anaheim, habanero, jalapeño, etc.)
Tomatoes
Garlic
Cilantro
Salt
Pepper
I don’t know what kind of magic quantity formula she has in her Mexican brain but it’s wonderful

Weird how "salsa" is called "salsa" when it's just the Spanish word for "sauce". There should be another word for it.
