Who reported it as a 7.5? First reports here were 7.3 and it's now been degraded to 6.9 - but tsunami on the way. Apparently observed about 20km from shore

NHK now saying the tsunami is expected to be 3 metres high, and has been observed about 20km off the coast of Fukushima

The USGS has it at a 6.9 now.
