Also, this time of year, if I don't have Victory Prima Pils in my refrigerator I'm pretty grumpy.

less bitter, more fruit notes, mostly dry hopped, and literally pours like orange juice
it looks like this:
when done right, it's amazing. but too often breweries fail and simply call what is otherwise a iipa a new-england style IPA.

There's a good chance I'll be in Chicago again. I'll let you know, so I can get off the plane with a plan.

I don't know if they are calling them NEIPA's per se, but yes, a lot of breweries around me are showcasing juicy hopped IPA's that are non filtered. (I would think Creature Comforts Tropicalia is a NEIPA)
Does that fit the style?

Haven't tried one yet, but I'm open minded. Lots of breweries around here are making them.

I've been on a Tree House IPA kick lately. I haven't tried everything, but nothing has been even close to bad. Julious and Green are great, but I think Haze might be my favorite.

I don't really get the Oberon appeal. I think it's refreshing, but nothing mind blowing. Maybe the obscene price tag in the grocery store is just a Texas thing?

I get a 6 pack of bottles for 8.99
I like the 4 pack cans but they are harder to find around here.

I'm not sure if this is tap house was in Skitch's neighborhood or not - but we burned our tires and flipped people off just in case it was.
