It was REALLY good. That sauce reminded me somewhat of curry. Definitely different tho. We were both a bit disappointed with the radish/onion side, tho. It didn't seem to go with the rest of the meal very well. It tasted good, just didn't mesh with everything else.
Freekeh is fast becoming a favorite side with us.
What did you think of the pork chop meal?

I haven't had any yet from this week's delivery. It looks like they're scheduled for tonight, Sunday, and Tuesday.

Seared chicken,mashed potatoes with kale and mushrooms.
I took the cloves of garlic left from the other recipes and roasted them and added them to the potatoes.
