leftover pad thai, but i went back to the restaurant for more of the spicy basil wings to have with it

my parents got me an air fryer for my bday earlier this year and i still haven't broken it out :oops:

olive oil on the legs using a ziploc or drizzle, sprinkle/toss/rub the spice mix on em'
put em' in for 10 min.

we slow cooked a carnitas seasoned boneless pork shoulder from aldi. in a surprise twist, my wife served them over tots instead of in taco form. a bit of avocado and scallion and cilantro on top. delicious.
