Feels like running season again so I thought I'd see where I'm at this week.

Had a really trash run today. My watch was about to die at 7 miles so I saved it. I probably went 10. Weather was great but my fitness level is trash and I still need to cut around 10 lbs.

New shoes are great, but the soles are a hard plastic and my left foot tends to slap. I sound like a galloping horse on the treadmill. I'm loud AF.

I am happy you made some friends but this is simply about this being a competition among RMers for me. My goal is to beat T2B and TC not rob applegate. Unfortunately you dont concern me but I respect you running in our group.
