I highly doubt this is the kind of person we have patrolling high crime neighborhoods. Lunch is probably the high-light of her day. Which is why this impacted her so.

I remember this well from my time in Japan. Dinner was an exercise in patience because if you weren't with a native, even if you spoke the language, you got served at gaijin speed. It's impossible to get drunk when your bartender only acknowledges you there once an hour.
