I find myself completely capable of enjoying that scene AND also admitting that Ensign is correct.

I don't hate the scene. But the build-up that starts with the arrival of the X-Wing, through the dark trooper destruction, and his arrival through the doors ends up landing with a wet, smelly thud as soon as he takes his hood off because it looked like a bad video game render. And the lack of his theme is inexcusable.

I loved it. I freaked out when i saw the x-wing I started pacing the floor from that moment until the final credits.

One of the greatest Star Wars moments I can recall IMHO.

And when he took his helmet off for Grogu it was perfection.

And just when i thought this cant get any better R2-D2 rolled on in. Sublime.



And I doubted they could top Bobba kicking ass in episode 6


I personally can not thank the producers of Mandalorian enough. Not only as a Star Wars fan but also as a fan of watching bearded men crying in youtube clips. They have provided myself with hours of entertainment this lockdown.

Season 3 filming has been pushed back until September now.

So it should air late next year.

It was suppose to start filming in April.
