Before exiting the shower, I turn the shower head to the jet setting, bend at the waist, spread my cheeks slightly, and blast my shtinker. I call it the poor man's bidet.

lots of on/off diarrhea this week. kinda weird. some solid poops then some just ass puking. maybe i got the cyclospora
