AZ Wilderness does a beet-flavored witbier that is tasty as hell.
I just randomly added it to a 9-pour flight a couple of weeks ago and was blown away.
I know a beet-flavored beer doesn't sound appetizing, but it's fucking great.

Local bar had a tap takeover by Pizza Port out of Solana Beach, California.
Pretty outstanding stuff. Particularly enjoyed Swami's IPA.
What's the freaking deal with that part of California? The number of great breweries from SD to Carlsbad is insane.

The Moon IPA was good, not great. Wish I picked up a Two Heart Ale 6 pack instead and saved the 7 bucks.

Went to Four Peaks for the first time since AB bought them out. Brews were OK, but their food was gross.
Spanakopita was disgusting and the burger tasted like cardboard.
Kinda depressed me, must have spent close to $200 a month there in the early 2000s.
