I dunno, I just went to run a sim with 2008 Sabathia and the very first one I ran had him throw 7 shutout innings of 3-hit ball.

Huh. Was it 2008 Sabathia from the Brewers? I ran 10ish games and literally never got more than 4 innings/50 pitches. Maybe it just doesn't like Price.

we honestly have no idea.
I just added post-deadline Price from last year and ran a bunch of sims with him starting. It was a disaster. He rarely made it out of the 3rd inning, and even we he pitched well he never went more than 4.
this is a fine example of that canadian hospitality you always hear about. thanks, phil; you are a good friend.

lol. Yeah, phil did that only because he wanted to know if he could use this years David Price.

i just gotta work out my bullpen. obvious choices are rollie fingers and k-rod, then there are several one year wonder closers from the aughts like dan kolb, derrick turnbow, and john axford. also, i just remembered that trevor hoffman pitched for the crew a few seasons ago.

Kolby! Ex Ranger. Really liked him. Kam Loe as well.
