Miss Sloane

«In the high-stakes world of political power-brokers, Elizabeth Sloane is the most sought after and formidable lobbyist in D.C. But when taking on the most powerful opponent of her career, she finds winning may come at too high a price.»

Watching this now. Jessica Chastain is good.

Amazon prime recommended this super low budget indie sci-fi film called The Endless, which has a lot of good reviews. I'm not impressed.

10 Cloverfield Lane

« A young woman is held in an underground bunker by a man who insists that a hostile event has left the surface of the Earth uninhabitable.»

Not expecting too much, but it is fairly higly rated. Watching it now.

American Honey

«A teenage girl with nothing to lose joins a traveling magazine sales crew, and gets caught up in a whirlwind of hard partying, law bending and young love as she criss-crosses the Midwest with a band of misfits.»

This is next, and afterwards I will have 20 movies left from 2016, 10 first time views, and 10 rewatches.

Fantastic film, though it’s 20 mins too long

10 Cloverfield Lane was just ok, although it had a decent ending.

Now American Honey.

Really enjoyed the first hour of American Honey. Will pause it for a while now, and continue later.

It did feel a bit too long at the end, but still a good movie. Great cast.
