Improvising tonight. Going to cook up some jasmine rice. Going to saute some bell peppers in olive oil and garlic. Then I'm going to chop up a blood orange, and mix the peppers and orange pieces with the rice. Then I'm going to cook up some chicken breast, bite sized pieces seasoned with salt and pepper. When they're almost done I'll add some juice from a blood orange, let it reduce, and then mix it all together with the rice/peppers/orange pieces.
