and, as probably should have been expected - 'defunding' the department is just the 1st step in rebulding the police dept anew. it's a means to let 'bad cops' go sooner, and start fresh faster - rather than trying to fight for years to work through the existing apparatus and make incremental changes

just clear your browser history, then close your browser, and re-open. it erases the cookie or whatever that says you visited the site and exceeded the free article limit

you can open it in an incognito tab and stop it from fully loading. That's what I usually do.
