Glad Messi got the goal record with a live goal, not the PK that he missed

Saw the game at a restaurant thats located in the first floor of the beautiful Monumental Stadium. Went with my mom, had a very good lunch and saw Messi making history, once again.

Messi, messi

Why do teams sometimes start the game by intentionally kicking the ball out of bounds to the other team like Iraq just did?

Its something ¨new¨ i think psg started doing it? not sure, maybe luis enrique? its because they want to gain territory quick. But its such a stupid move, they think its rugby or something.

Fuck you Luis Enrique.

It's happening in youth weekend football now. It's not a terrible idea if your press is effective. Another one is the up and under/bomb kickoff where 1 player flips the ball up and then it's launched high aimed at the edge of the opponents penalty area (similar to high kicks in rugby). Create chaos and gain territory.

Messi is a freak. I understand that nutrition and rehab and training methods have come a long way since the days of yore, but he's taking the piss being that good pushing 40.

Unbelievable athlete. Mogging the fuck out of Christiano R7 too.

Haaland is a massive, rapid presence. He would be great at rugby.

Yeah it says a lot that he is up there with younger guys like mbapee

Cristiano’s game is harder with age and he never had the talent to develop into something else
