cool things I love in Dark Matter:

open hi-hat on the 1 of every bar in the verses: fuck yeah, that's the stuff I've been waiting for Matt to bring to the table

"take the breaths from my... cheeeest", the way Ed staggers and slurs the end of that line is the good stuff

every time I hear "no patience left for... impatience no more", I just can't help hearing the distant echo of "my jaw left hurtin'... dropped wide open"

It's a good boring song. I might prefer a more I interesting crap song. It does make me nervous that it is the title track. I would assume it is supposed to be a stand out track.

Kinda crazy to me. 2.5 is what I'd give something like.... Infallible. And this is so much better than Infallible.
