Honestly I think dems will be in pretty good shape in 4 years. Biden will almost certainly be dead, Pelosi and Schumer almost certainly will, and their might be an opportunity for a revitalized dem party that maybe goes back to being pro-union or something.

one of the best campaign ads i saw this election cycle was one that ran in the last two weeks (especially in swing states). it was about how kamala is more concerned with things like having men who have had gender-altering surgery compete in women's sports. it ended with: "she's looking out for they/them. he's looking out for you." disgusting and transphobic? you bet. but effective? no doubt.

kamala had absolutely zero message or response. to be sure, it didn't lose her the election. but it was a good example of the things that the Democrats aren't in a position or prepared to address. so they dismiss it as identity politics that don't move the needle.

Oh yeah, her ad campaign was weak as fuck.

I can't understand why nobody has bothered to do split-screens of Trump actually speaking and blatantly lying and deceiving, contradicting something he said the day before, flip-flopping disingenuously, trolling, etc. It wouldn't be difficult at all to demonstrate what a dishonest phony he is and what his real plans are, in lieu of the Fox News cult bubble and straight from his own mouth. You could use his social media comments too.

But they're more concerned with calling him a meanie. And then when he's done being a meanie, he copies off them and says he's going to do what they're actually proposing to do. Then when he doesn't, he blames it on some invented necessity caused by Democrats and all is forgiven. Round and round.

Try the more important and tangibly irrefutable con-man angle, shitheads.
