I am bummed about Ledbetter but it was closer than I would have guessed. Also surprised at how close Long Road/WMA was. And I'm thrilled that WWS got like 8 votes! There is hope for this place yet

i just dont understand yellow ledbetter losing to sleight of hand. SoH is a great song, even if it sticks out as sort of an art project type of thing. i think yellow ledbetter might be eddie vedders best vocal performance, and one of mccready's best. again, i love SoH, but eddie vedder talks most of the time. i think its fair to say he's among the best rock vocalists at this point in their career. the vocals to yellow ledbetter are so good they dont even need words.

Eh? The verse melodies in "Sleight of Hand" are kind of freeform and impressionistic, but there is not any talking in it.
