Remember, SD has the same little time to prepare for that game--and they have to go on the road. Plus, I'm going to that game, so they better damn well win.
Anyway, the Jets game didn't surprise me. Their front seven is for real and I knew they'd cause problems, especially after the Broncos went that far east. Lots to improve, but lots of time to do so.

Holy shit, this team caught the Niners on the right week. It better be the same for SD in a few days.

Yep, SF defense decimated by injuries/suspensions. Plus some big injuries during the game. But blowing them out is what they should do in that case. The Miller/Ware combo is looking scary. Big game Thursday. After a fun night watching a certain rock & roll band on Wednesday.

My voice is going to be wrecked a week from now.

Nice seats, Nick. I bet that was a blast.
Broncos are the best team in the NFL.

'Twas a blast. I'm still worried about them going to NE next, even with 10 days of rest.

I'm worried about how ugly it's gonna be. Not being able to pressure Peyton and not being able to protect Brady? Ugh.
Don't tell Doug I said that.

Nice! Don't get much better than that. You could probably hear Rivers sobbing from there.

Oh, we heckled the shit out of Rivers, even before he threw that second interception. He had a shit-eating grin the whole time, which is why I actually disagreed with PFM for calling out the scoreboard operator. It was a hell of a lot of fun to call out the #1 villain in town.

Phillip Rivers has the most 'punchable' face in all of pro sports. Whenever I see him I'm like Rob Riggle from
Step Brothers. "I don't even hear what you're saying right now 'cause you're face is driving me nuts."

It's a good thing the NFL gave you 10 days to prepare.

I need input from Broncos fans since I'm a NE guy and I can't determine whether to take the Pats and the 3.5 pts or go w/ the Broncos. The pending shitty weather has me thinking this will be close.

Not confident about this game at all. I would not be surprised if NE gets a dominating win, actually. Good thing I'm watching this on a tape delay with a friend. It'll probably be like the last two years where DEN lost at NE but NE takes a key loss later on to give DEN homefield once again. Fortunately, after this NE has @IND, vs. DET, @GB and @SD. Tons of chances for a loss there.
