I will start packing in earnest today through Friday. Closing at 1pm on friday and i hope by 4 to start moving stuff in

I’ve recently learned there is a growing market for room rentals in my area so that folks can put their kids in the local high school. Essentially a family rents a room in single family home, just like a long term Airbnb, and marks that as their kids residence for school placement.

have heard of people doing that and then school sends people to check the residence to see if actually living there bc other parents at the school complain
