Well the current heroic/martyr figure Kim Davis wouldn't be able to easily change a handful of husbands for instance.

So... can we officially just go ahead and call this simply "marriage" now?

Who knows where this number came from, but something like 50 percent of gay marriages are open. Clearly gay marriage is just a plot to normalize swinging. I'm looking at you, anonymous forum swinger: I want nothing to do with your immoral acts. Stop hiding behind likeable homosexuals to forward your twisted agenda.

Didn't know where to post this but recommend it if you see it online soon..It's actually about Ireland's journey from no gay rights, decriminalisation up to the marriage equality victory, as seen through Panti's own journey..(she was the one who basically named certain notable homophobes in our country on tv and got sued for it, kicking off a great national debate.) It's a beautiful film full of laughs & some tears...well worth a watch

Not sure where to put this but this thread is as good as any. Utah's Lt. Gov. Spencer Cox:

"I believe that there is a question, two questions actually, that each of us needs to ask ourselves in our heart of hearts. And I am speaking now to the straight community. How did you feel when you heard that 49 people had been gunned down by a self-proclaimed terrorist? That’s the easy question. Here is the hard one: Did that feeling change when you found out the shooting was at a gay bar at 2 a.m. in the morning? If that feeling changed, then we are doing something wrong."

There's still a question as to whether Trump's SCOTUS appointment(s) would agree:
