I know I'm late to the party realizing this but I see that Gregg Easterbrook's contract was not renewed. I always liked his TMQ column.

Thanks.
The new column is shorter and more football focused; I actually liked the non football stuff. It was my usual Tuesday lunch read this time of year.

I can't read TMQ any more after Drew Magary has embarrassed him in his Jamboroo so many times.

I've already heard on ESPN radio two of the analysts that said last week "this is why Mariota will be more successful" after his 1st game now say "this is why you take Winston first in the draft, he is more NFL ready." This network seriously has zero credibility anymore.

ESPN just rolled out their NBA player rankings, starting with 301-400. Does anyone on earth care about the players they have ranked in that range?

Be thankful they cut back. Used to be up to 500.

How many total NBA players are there, anyway? Seems like it can't be much more than 500.

13 player max on the active roster. Can have 15 players under contract. So, 450 can be under contract.

Also, ESPN is as annoying as the Weather Channel with all of their made up crap. I swear they make up new stat lines like "Total QBR" every year. Still not as annoying as TWC naming winter storms but close.

This isn't exclusively about ESPN, but many "reporters" and analysts on ESPN were guilty this time last year. I wish they could be called out on as big a stage as they had when declaring that Brady was finished.
