Nashville tix aren’t up till next week. I’ve got to see what price levels there. I’m pretty sure my dad will pay for them as a birthday gift to me for later in the month ( last year we got to see Tedeschi Trucks Band actually on my birthday) but I still don’t want to set him back too much. And he doesn’t know about my youngest going either.

Nope tickets pulled up but now you have to use citi card. We have a citi acct but never got a card so I don’t have the stupid 3-digit security code from the back. Goddammit

Also, I was re-reading that Fagen interview Dev posted a while back and this passage was really depressing:

Fagen wanted to change the name to Donald Fagen with the Steely Dan Band since Becker’s not there anymore, but LiveNation said no. It’s gotta be Steely Dan.

Go by yourself. One of the best times I’ve ever had is to a Govt Mule show I couldn’t get anyone else to go to. Got a great 3rd row seat, fucking awesome set, and you don’t have to listen to the other person bitch about how they don’t like it. Good times.

Local record store was having a going out of business sale today. Everything in the store for $1. All the bins were super disorganized and you really had to thumb through the inventory to find anything. I got really excited when I spotted the sleeve for Pretzel Logic, but when I picked it up the disc was missing.
