youll love it. the only thing that might interfere is that the movie makes minimal allowances for not being familiar with the world thus far

but plot wise if youve seen ragnarok youll be basically fine

Man, I'm gonna hate this movie.

Man... I just don't get the love for the Dark Knight. That movie really bored me to death. An the anti climatic death of Two-Face AFTER the Joker, as far as a "great movie" goes... was such a waste. Ya set Two-face up beautifully for the NEXT movie... not a 5 min scene after the climax of THIS movie.

Spoiler: show: The end credit scene for Infinity War is probably my only complaint. Only because it seems like Fury should have been sending that signal out to EVERYONE that has ever been in contact with with Earth/SHIELD. Not JUST Captain Marvel. The guys next to me were hottly debating if that was Captain Marvels sign or Nova Corps. Nova Corps would make more sense, a space age police force that already has known of Thanos. Just seems like in a disaster like this, a sigle should go out to more than just one person.

It was fun. Best avengers movie for a long shot. Brolin was amazing, he adds so much to thanos.

Spoiler: show: is spidey dead? Seriously? Really really loved that kid in the role. And does anyone know what this means all these main characters dying? Will someone get the infinity stones back and bring them back to life? Or just bring in new heroes? So many questions

Spoiler: show: why didn’t strange just do a portal around thanos’ arm and cut the gauntlet off and send it to somewhere he couldn’t get it? We see it happening to a couple of limbs early on and I was sure they were telegraphing it? And why does Tony have a shitty old flip phone? Totally took me out haha

Spoiler: show: I suspect part 2 will see the surviving avengers finding a way to use the gauntlet to bring them back/defeat Thanos. Possibly at the expense of their own lives

The flip phone was given to tony at the end of civil war in case he ever needed Steve in an emergency.

I’ll definitely watch this again. I’ve softened on it upon thinking on it.

Spoiler: show: thanos at the end just wants to sit on his porch and have a beer and probably loath himself for doing what he did to get what he wants. Will we see him being eaten by guilt and comes back to redeem himself? I’m seeing Galactus being mentioned everywhere. Surely he has a change of heart rather than being found and defeated?

Spoiler: show: part of thanos’ characterization is that he always defeats himself/believed he is unworthy. that will be used against him, probably. I dont think he will be redeemed, though

Spoiler: show: I loved that as a twist. I went in assuming the death of the original team. thry are mostly the only ones who survive - and their last story together has them saving the next gen heroes.

great moment in the theater too. half the audience audibly gasped when BP turned to dust. Great storytelling

I've said it before but I really wish there was no follow-up. This would be such a lovely, brave and poetic ending.
