also curious if that is just a comp of the same album tracks or more to it

It's just Vitalogy with some extra songs. I just liked how they killed the black market on Give Way, and thought it might be cool of them to reissue another promotional item like Freak.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

According to the above link, it's a collection of songs from other albums and two Vitalogy songs.

looks through an ebay listing the booklet looks cool with promo posters etc from diff tour events
i do like the idea of issuing it ala Give Way
that said, Freaks appears to have been an official Sony promo; whereas Give Way was unauthorized
so i doubt the band could re-issue it without Sony permission
also they hate Dave A making money and would want to re-record all the songs with Matt so they don't have to pay him or acknowledge that he exists and was responsible for their signature sound in their most famous phase of their careers and much of their success is attributable to him and they refuse to acknowledge that
also that

Happy to report that the bluray is well worth it.
Go on...
Well, overall for $30 dlls it meets expectations.
I don’t have an Atmos setup at home, I have a Dolby DTS 5 speaker & sub-woofer setup through optical cable, so I knew off the bat I’d be getting it for the HQ PCM Stereo track.
After one listen, pretty much every track has little nuances revealed. Not For You and Tremor Christ come to mind for muffled sections being cleared up, Satan’s Bed as well.
Sound is crisp and not distracting (I have a preference for lower frequencies, so I usually close the center speaker, and the system adjusts to a more bassy output, but that’s just me).
We’ve come a long way from the cassette tape I first heard Vitalogy on.
Light “meh” on visuals, it just runs the album cover with “Vitalogy” fading in and out.
Much like the “Dark Matter” bluray, none of the visuals make the jump.
Bummer ‘cause they just did the animated Vitalogy booklet artwork, that might’ve been better. No biggie though, just missed opportunities.
This will definitely give the vinyl a break.
I really liked the new mix on the back half of Spin the Black Circle and Immortality. Probably the first time I've listed to the fully Stupid Mop in decades. I really liked how this sounded.
I think if they released a boxed set of the 12 studio albums and Lost Dogs on BluRay with Atmos mixes, I'd buy that.

There'd be a stronger case for this if Dave A had drummed on Ten.
he drummed on the ten tour and drummed on Vs and Vitalogy
we all know that was the most famous phase
