I watched TMNT Mutant Mayhem a second time and liked it even more, I fucked up by renting it when I should've just bought it, I'll be wanting to watch it again

Back to the Future last night. Cool to see it on the big screen. There were a few little things in it where I had that “I don’t remember seeing that before” feeling but it could just as well be that I’m fucking old and don’t remember shit like I used to. Hell, I can’t even remember what those bits are less than 12 hours later.
Let me tell you, Homer Simpson is cock of nothing!

I also went to see BTTF last night with my nephews. It's a wonderful movie.

I've recently watched Manhunter and Silence of the Lambs so now I'm watching Red Dragon. I saw it in the theater and I don't remember much about it.

It's immediately weird that they recast Jack Crawford, but not Hannibal

God, Ed Norton really sucks in this. Easily the worst Will Graham.

This movie is garbage. I don't think I'm going to finish it.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I didn't make it to any of her scenes. I've moved on to The Place Beyond the Pines.

Tommy, I agree Red Dragon is subpar, especially held up to the light of the brilliant SOTL. Really it stands no chance. Hannibal too, though it's slightly better.

Gave The Shining another rewatch last night. I actually laughed a lot this time. Lot of goofy moments in this movie if you're not caught up in the "horror". But what really steals the show is the shots. Kubrick had an eye for a shot. Every frame a painting.

The next best Hannibal Lechter story after Silence of the Lambs is the Hannibal tv series. It was so good.

I actually haven't seen Manhunter. I thought you were talking about the Netflix series before. Should I watch Manhunter the movie? How come I haven't seen it?

It's very Michael Mann. If you don't like his stuff, you won't like it.

I like his stuff and I love it
