We rented the Definitive edition on Amazon and, while it was a great movie, there were a couple of night scenes where the video quality was atrocious. I thought it was maybe a problem with Amazon so I rented it on YouTube and it was the same. Really weird.

Anyway, Vudu has the theatrical cut so I'm going to watch that tonight and see how it looks.
when you watch movies with your folks do you guys pause and talk about parts of it or wait to chat about it at the end?do you rewind a lot to get things you missed and make a 90 minute movie 2.5 hours?
We talk before and after. They talk a little during (mostly "where do I know that guy from") and sometimes I shh them (only if they're talking over dialogue)
what is the sitting situation? 3 on a couch or comfy chairs?

The score is my favorite part of that movie, which I liked but didn't love

It's really great. I don't listen to scores frequently, but this one is in my music rotation.

They have a pair of very nice couches with recliners built in. I sit with my Dad and my Mom sits with the cats.

Hi Bammer
If you read Tommy’s post it looks pretty clear that he watched on Amazon the night before, YouTube the next day, and was planning to watch on Vudu that night. 3 times in roughly 24 hours. The same movie. And this is something that sounds awesome so I want to emulate it. *searches for titles featuring Lana Rhodes*

You know what, that was a little unclear.

What happened is that I stopped the Amazon version about 1/2 an hour in and switched to the YouTube version.
