taking the recommendation from old Ello Sailman and giving Reptile a try. 900 seconds in I can already tell this is a very well made movie. timaland makes me nervous but he's doing alright so far. Good work RM. This time.

I loved Prisoners except the ending was simultaneously too much and too little. I don’t know how else to explain it.

I think I agree with this. I kinda wish they just left it at the hospital with him talking to the little girl

yeah because you don't know if the wife is telling the truth or not, but you know there's not really a chance he got out.. but it's one of those, "leave it up to the audience" kind of things instead of "he probably gets rescued and all live traumatically ever after"

but really i think they were going for a "how about that whistle" thing, the object that got her lost and him found, and bringing it all back around.. but it's not really very clever if you think about it
