eyeing the menu for dinner with friends tonight..looking at these

Strozzepreti Costolette
short-rib ragu, juniper, rosemary, parmesan

Wood Oven Meatballs
parmesan, toasted sourdough (ricotta by request)

Grilled Octopus Salad
marinated shell beans, red onion, frisee, Jonagold apple, lemon vinaigrette

neighbor dropped off a dozen farm fresh eggs, so making omelets. his daughter has a nearby farm with 1100 chickens. :shock:

i picked up some prosciutto and a mozz/provolone shredded mix for filling.
