5 of us destroyed about 10 dishes last night...tonight is prime rib night

neighbor dropped off a dozen farm fresh eggs, so making omelets. his daughter has a nearby farm with 1100 chickens.

i picked up some prosciutto and a mozz/provolone shredded mix for filling.

some kinda leftovers, I'm sure. I won't get home until like 10pm. So we'll see.
