Emmys. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel has won three comedy awards and I had never heard of it until the nominations were announced.
I'm still shocked Leslie Jones got nominated for Supporting Actress. Her best work on SNL is Weekend Update segments; she's generally bad in sketches.

I just saw "highlights" of the Emmys, and wanted to smash the TV. And Thandie Newton won for Westworld?

So happy the Americans got some Emmy love. I know awards show don't matter, blah blah blah, but it is nice its excellence was recognized.

I saw a commercial for Paradise PD and thought - isn't that Brickleberry? Looked at wikipedia and yup, it's Brickleberry. That show was funny once or twice an episode and it would appear that's about the same here.

Ok, I'm all caught up on Jane The Virgin.
It's absolutely the most underrated show on TV. Just remarkable. I goddamn love it.

Going to re-watch "Over the Garden Wall" soon. Watched it last year and my son really took to it so since it's almost that time again (and the house has been decorated since the second weekend in August...ugh) it's on the dock.

Uh, my computer via plex?
The DVD is only $8 at Amazon, though if you want higher res there was a Blu-ray release in Australia and it was ripped.

Candace Bergen at least sounds the same as she did in the 90s.
