1 large can of Cento brand san marzano peeled tomatoes that I crush up with a potato masher and leave "rustic"
pour in to a large sauce pan
add 1/2 cup or bit more of red wine, I usually use chianti
finely chop fresh basil
finely chop fresh garlic, 4 or 5 cloves
add a lot of red chili flakes
simmer on low for 45 min to an hour or even longer..I also add fresh basil on top

What has your sauce done to poor Lenny, Doug? I can't even post what he replied, it was so bad. But I can say that it involved my mom.

no...cut up and sauteed chicken breasts in olive oil and dash of soy sauce...added veggies, more soy sauce, dried ginger, and a dash of sesame oil...covered for a bit then served over rice
