Great question, I'll go with yes. The song has to have the same name as the album title of the same artist.

Basically yes, but in some cases the song of the same album name is not on the album. Houses of Holy and Waiting For The Sun are two examples.

I think the idea of track names the same as albums that they aren’t on is a better idea, like LZ, Gomez etc
