I went through the top 100 movies on IMDb and I haven't seen about a third of them. Basically nothing pre-1960, nor the highly rated Avengers and Spider-verse flicks. I should probably fix that.

This was really good. Very tense and mysterious. Good performances from Oates, Perkins and Nicholson. Man , that Millie Perkins was beautiful.

I think tonight I might watch Ride in the Whirlwind, which Hellman shot at the same time.

I'd like to watch Two-Lane Blacktop, but it's not available anywhere.

I'm also hoping that a little Monte Hellman talk will summon Malloy.

I'm watching another random movie this afternoon - Flashpoint (1984) It caught my eye while I was browsing TCM. It's been entertaining so far. Good characters and a good mystery.

Saltburn is goddamn brilliant.

It absolutely did not work for me, I hated it. I really like Elordi and Keoghan, but the movie was annoying

Some movie I've never heard of called Are You Here starring Zach Galifianakis and Owen Wilson. This has horrible reviews but I kinda like it. Weird vibe. Kinda honest. Actually I think it's terrific.
