I had a Strand Atticus IPA at a restaurant last week..a week before that i had a regular coors

Just got back from taking my staff on a field trip to a brewery. I always love learning how differently everyone does it, and it’s fun seeing my bartenders get excited about moving good product.

Found out about a cool project a lot of local breweries are doing together throughout the year called “Houston daisy chain.” One strain of yeast will keep getting harvested and passed from brewery to brewery thoughout 2018. Pretty awesome.

Some of my favorite beers are DIPAs.

Oskar Blues IPA

I'm finally going to try Jai Alai from Cigar City tonight. I'm already in love with the packaging.

Triple Dry Hopped Hooey from Lupulin Brewing. This shit is crazy delicious.

It’s so good. Lupulin is doing some great things.

I've been on an IPA kick. Here are the beers I've had in the house in the past 2 weeks in rank order. None were bad.

1. Pinner Throwback IPA - Oskar Blues
2. Jai Alai White Oak Aged - Cigar City
3. Resin - Six Points
4. Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing - Sierra Nevada

Pinner is so good. Always forget about that one.
