Chicken, sweet potato, green pepper, broccoli, zucchini - boiled and cooked in curry paste and coconut milk. Spices. Rice.

I had goat curry in New York when we went up for the Global Citizen Festival. The restaurant was over at Murray Hill but I can’t remember the name. A buddy not mine lived right around the corner from it. Delicious.

cancelled going out so just going to order in..looking at some chicken korma and saag paneer..maybe some lamb skewers
