It really is. It is nice to have a team in Missouri that is good for a few years in a row though.

The league I am in with both of my brothers, my dad, and some friends, has always been dominated by me and my youngest brother. Our middle brother has always had an awful team. This year he said "I've done my research". Ok, sure, bro. I'll preface by saying a very high score in this league would be around 160 points in a week. Last week, our middle brother played my youngest, and this week, he played me. He scored over 200 points both weeks. Welp.

What's the point of playing this dumb game if you're not having fun, right? What I'm saying is, you're goddamn right I'm starting the Cleveland Defense tonight.

Over the last week, I've Littlefinger'd my way into causing mass chaos and a complete rule change that directly prevented a foe from receiving a key trade. I'm 0-2 in this league, but Fantasy Football is fun as hell.

I noticed the league was set to veto trades with 4 votes, so I rallied a few people to arbitrarily veto an inconsequential trade between two of the goobers in the league just to illustrate the point.
After that happened and everyone realized it was a thing, I submitted a super lopsided trade to a 2-0 team (which would hurt me;) Lindsay for Julio Jones. I knew it would be vetoed. It was one away from veto and looked like it would actually go thru, but I couldn’t be the one to make the last veto or it would be too obvious what was going on, so I quietly reminded one of the league slackers that it was going on and that it was crazy that it wasn’t vetoed yet. He played into the plan and vetoed it.
I then played the outraged league member along with the team who was going to receive freaking Julio Jones.
Revenge vetoes started happening left and right (including a HUGE Barkley trade that I didn’t want my arch-rival across fantasy sports platforms year after year to get) until the league commish finally set it to allow trades automatically. Now people are trading like crazy. It’s great!

It’s a fun league.
I’m 2-0 in my boring league, though. That’s my workplace league.

For Joey:
3-0 in work league
0-3 in league of record
I autodrafted the work league and have made minimal moves, whereas I’m bumbling around the waiver wire and roster at an embarrassing rate in the league of record.
I don’t know anything
