Maybe I should just start a thread about the dumb shit my wife says that she thinks is a thing..... Earlier she's having an earnest conversation with me about an issue at her work that some lass was trying to pin on her. She said that she made some semi-snarky remark about it.....then said 'Don't stoke the bear!' I had to stop her there and ask if she was trying to say 'Don't poke the bear' or 'Don't stoke the fire'.....and suddenly I'm the prick again
