Anyone experience issues with their feet falling asleep? Have any solutions?
I keep my shoes super loose and most of the problem seems to stem from my achilles/calf area and getting blood flowing correctly. I've had the issue for a long time but it's getting way worse lately. They start to fall asleep going up hills all the time and usually come back to life as soon as the hill is done. But I've had a couple runs where they start falling asleep on flats. I can only run so far when I can't feel my feet.
Do I need new shoes? Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Do your feet swell? Do you have high blood pressure?
To be honest, that's the most logical answer.
You could try compression socks to combat it while you run.

I can't wait to run again. My sciatica is KILLING me these last few days. I need it to chill out before I can get back out there. Sucks. I'm ready to hit it.

Sorry, friend.
I'm hoping by Tuesday I can go again. We'll see.

Ran in my kinvara 9s all week. They make me work a little harder but I'm better for it in the long run.

I'm gonna run tomorrow. I don't care what my sciatic nerve says.

That did not go as well as I'd hoped. Only 3 miles. SUPER slow pace (I was also running with my wife so that's partly why I went so slow). My leg tried to give out on me on the big hill heading into mile 3. I went ahead and pushed through to finish the 3 but I had to stop and walk after that.
Stretched and walked another mile + home and the leg feels okay right now. I'm going to try to go out again tomorrow and see what happens.

Ran in an old pair of NB Fresh Foam Zantes today.
The return to minimalist shoes has been great for the legs, but I must admit, my feet loved the cushioning of the Zantes.

Forgot how much Ks sound like a wet fart just walking around in them.

For the streak, does a couple hour hike count? If not, I will put in a qualifying run beforehand but I am inherently lazy.
