Page109 of The Return of Ellie Black by Emiko Jean, the characters are listening to Pearl Jam and have seen them 3 times in Seattle. The book uses the word "obsessed," but that seems pretty normal for people living in WA.

It’s not, but that city has really thrived in the food scene in large part to the concert venue since those shows draw a crowd. I’ve been to maybe 20 shows at that venue and it’s spectacular in there. So bummed this happened and I was only 20 mins away and had no idea.

although for folks at this stage in their career (with the level of success of a lot of folks on the bill) I always wonder what's a paycheck, what's a chance to play with friends, what gets donated, etc?

yeah, well we know for fact that a lot of these for ed and the guys are sometimes for a benefit or for their inhouse crew.
