I just made some shrimp stir fry. Had some bok choy and bell pepper in the fridge, left over from a weekend meal. Used that with some shrimp I had in the freezer to make a stir fry. Used some garlic/soy stir fry sauce I had in the fridge along with some sesame oil and a spoonful of that awesome spicy thai chili paste stuff. Turned out pretty great.

I made spinach artichoke dip. It came out pretty good, but I made too much for one sitting.

I've never been a big fan of spinach artichoke dip. And I love artichokes. But it feels like it got over hyped in the mid to late 2000's with people who wanted to say they have a wide ranging palate but really didn't.

Artichoke dip sucks, but artichokes themselves are awesome.

Just steam em for a bit and dip those leaves in butter. :li:

Spinach and artichoke dip is great. It's just cheese with some green stuff in it.
