Number 42 today.

Temps are returning after an unusually cool May.

The back-half of my 100 promises to be way more challenging than the front-half.

Been trying to only do 2 treadmill runs a week, but that will be tougher as the temps rise.

Exactly 200 miles for the month. Not earth-shattering or anything, but if I can keep that up for the summer months, I'd be pretty fucking happy. Not having to dedicate the first month of race season for weight loss would be great.

Just rub one out and you’re halfway there.

This was a good one for me. It can get a little boring as you start to build up your endurance at a surprisingly quick rate, but stick with the walking part or else you'll burn yourself out.

Is it seriously that easy? God, I thought it would be something esoteric with the way apps are named nowadays.

Thanks.

How many of your 17,725 posts do you reckon are Strava invitations?

Decent run today. Started strong. Hit a fucking wall at mile 5, though. And the leg started acting up so I had to pull the chord at 6 miles and walk home. I really wanted to do 7 or 8 but what are you gonna do?

At least I got out. It's been like 3 days. :|

Do you guys run so much and choose it as your primary form of exercise because of the autonomy and lack of need to coordinate schedules with other people, because you realize playing soccer is kinda gay, or because you got no handle or jump shot?

I'd play soccer every day if I could. By far the most enjoyable sport for me to play. I like running because anyone can do it but most people don't. Basically, I enjoy distinguishing myself from people like you, Bam.

What if I told you I ran all the time until my kids grew out of their stroller?

I'd say that's a pretty lame excuse

I run so much because it's awesome. The fact that I have no jump shot is totally irrelevant.
