That photo is actually from a Soundgarden tour in 2014 when (ex-Pearl Jam drummer) Matt Chamberlain substituted for Matt Cameron who was, ironically, busy with Pearl Jam.

Agreed. His cover of One is also really good. It doesn’t lean on the chorus the way U2 does it, but really draws out those verses.
