Breakfast of the gods. What made this particular one so good?
The hollandaise sauce was perfect and eggs poached perfectly.
We had some with fried oysters at the Stanley in New Orleans. My wife still swears by it. Personally, I liked the banana's foster french toast with vanilla bean ice cream. Ice cream for breakfast?!!?? Woo hoo!!

This morning (well, yesterday now) I had a Western omelette with home fries. My wife and I split a side of pancakes. I also had a cup of coffee and a large glass of orange juice. That is all I ate today (yesterday).

Favorite breakfasts to make:
Huevos Rancheros with refried beans, crispy potatoes and bacon
Breakfast tacos (my favorites are egg, chorizo and beans & bacon, egg, and potato)
Fried eggs with bacon/ham and toast with way too much butter
Scrambled eggs with turkey, spichach and jack cheese
I gotta have a hot breakfast, stuff like cereal doesn't do it for me.

But that's basically juice and coffee. How does that fill someone up, really?

i didn't eat it just now, it more like a few hours ago, which is still not breakfast time but i've lost all sense of time so breakfast is what i'm calling it.

i never ate lunch when i was working, and breakfast was usually oatmeal or a breakfast bar, so i'm pretty used to it.

Yeah, that is just nuts. If I don't eat by 1:00 I start to get seriously cranky.
