Was that a tie-in or just a game based on a movie?. Enter the Matrix had scenes filmed with the actual actors. I don't recall that ever happening again.

I really enjoyed that TMNT on the NES. As for worst games, 2K Baseball 2006, or whatever it was called, was downright awful. It was the first year 2K had exclusive MLB rights on Xbox and it was loaded with glitches and had ridiculously out of date rosters. I went back to PlayStation mainly because of this.
